Senegal solar and storage electronics from Hong Kong start with a cross that names every series. We resolved a Yageo CC0603KRX7R9BB103, a 10 nanofarad, 10%, 50 V X7R 0603 capacitor, and found 12 Walsin Technology (Walsin) rows rated 50 V or more in 6 series. 2 of them, 0603B103K500 and 0603B103K101, are on our shelf.
Venatech Limited, an authorised Walsin distributor in Hong Kong, holds the Walsin MLCC export of 23,601 distinct part numbers, 28 Walsin datasheets (451 pages) and a stock list dated 23 September 2026. This post is for a design or procurement engineer at a Senegalese solar-kit, charge-controller or power-electronics maker or importer who has a Yageo 10 nanofarad 0603 capacitor on a bill of materials and wants Walsin candidates in small lots from Hong Kong. Every Walsin part number is real, every count is ours, and the news statement names its source and the day we fetched it, 2 November 2026.
What did the February 2026 report say about Senegal’s solar and storage projects?
Ecofin Agency reported on 9 February 2026 that Senegal had commissioned a 16 MW solar plant with 10 MW and 20 MWh of storage in 2025, had begun building the 60 MW NEO Kolda solar plant with 20 MW and 72 MWh of storage, and planned to convert the 335 MW Bel Air plant from heavy fuel oil to natural gas.
The article, which we fetched on 2 November 2026, also reports consumption up 22% in 2025 and projects renewables at 22% of generation in 2030. It names no electronic component, so we draw no link between its numbers and any capacitor. Our view, labelled as ours: solar with storage means charge controllers, inverters and battery management, and every one of them carries 10 nanofarad class filter and bypass capacitors by the dozen. We have no relationship with any Senegalese utility, developer or ministry.
What does a Yageo CC0603KRX7R9BB103 say, field by field?
Yageo’s own specification page for CC0603KRX7R9BB103, resolved on 2 November 2026, shows a 0.01 microfarad (10 nanofarad), plus or minus 10% capacitor in X7R, rated 50 VDC, in 0603 (1608 metric), with a thickness of 0.8 mm, plus or minus 0.1 mm.

The string CC0603KRX7R9BB103 is not in the Walsin export and is not a Walsin number. The Walsin sheet for the general purpose series is WTC_MLCC_General_Purpose.pdf, which we hold.
Which Walsin rows answer a 10 nanofarad, X7R, 10%, 50 V, 0603 line?
We parsed the 4,721 Walsin 0603 MLCC rows and found 77 at 10 nanofarad, 53 of them X7R, 23 of those at plus or minus 10%, and 12 of those 23 rated 50 V or more, in 6 series: general purpose 2, middle-to-high voltage 2, automotive MT 2, automotive soft termination ST 2, soft termination SH 3 and soft termination SG 1. We have not seen this counted anywhere.

Does a wider choice of series help or hurt the buyer?
It helps if the bill of materials names a series and hurts if it names only a value: at 10 nanofarad, 50 V and X7R, the same six electrical fields are offered by 6 Walsin series, and only the export’s series text tells them apart.
We will not tell you a part is interchangeable. We will show you where it differs: the plain, soft-terminated, copper-polymer, automotive-compliant and high-voltage rows share a footprint and an electrical rating, and differ in termination, qualification claim and thickness band. For a solar charge controller, plain general purpose is often what the bill asks for; for a board that flexes or runs hot, the soft-termination rows may be worth the conversation. Walsin’s sheets say AEC-Q200 compliant, not certified; ask for the report for the exact number.
What does the Hong Kong shelf hold for this line?
As at 23 September 2026 our list holds 1,125 distinct part numbers, 155 of them in the 0603 MLCC export, and 2 of the 12 candidates for this line, 0603B103K500 and 0603B103K101, are among them; the other 10 are factory orders.
0603B103K500 is the exact-voltage match, so for this line the shelf covers the first choice. The ready stock list is a dated snapshot, never live-synced, and we quote part-number counts, never piece counts. Our post on Walsin passive components in Hong Kong stock explains how to read it. Shelf position changes, so treat the snapshot as a starting question for the quote, not as a promise of availability.
What will we not tell you about Senegalese conditions?
We searched the text of all 28 Walsin datasheets we hold, 451 pages, for Senegal, Africa and tropic, and found 0 matches. We therefore say nothing about climate, humidity or standards in Senegal, and we give no legal, customs or conformity advice; confirm with your compliance team.
We hold no office, entity or stock in Senegal; our locations are Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Singapore and Jiangmen, with Chengdu in preparation. The export carries no termination, lifecycle or bias-curve field for these parts, and qualification stays with you.
Why do buyers in Senegal choose Venatech?
Because the cross is honest, small-lot friendly and made in Hong Kong. Venatech Limited is an authorised Walsin distributor, and Walsin is the one line we call authorised; Stackpole and Viking are lines we supply.
- A tool that shows the mismatches. Paste the Yageo number into VenaMatch, which decodes 18 manufacturers’ part numbers across 800,000+ crossable parts. Here you see 12 candidates in 6 series, each with its termination family and voltage stated.
- Range you can count. Walsin’s MLCC export lists 23,601 distinct part numbers, 4,721 of them in 0603, and 77 of those at 10 nanofarad. A Senegalese buyer sees the whole choice, from plain parts to soft-termination and high-voltage rows.
- A Hong Kong shelf and small lots. The exact-voltage match is on our dated ready-stock list, snapshot 23 September 2026, not live, and small lots welcome for prototypes and pilot runs.
- Honest about gaps. We tell you which rows are factory orders and that we hold no climate or bias data. That honesty is part of the service.
How can Venatech help a Senegalese buyer cross a Yageo part?
By showing the differences instead of hiding them, in small lots. Venatech Limited is an authorised Walsin distributor in Hong Kong.
- Cross-reference. Paste your Yageo number into the free cross-reference tool, which decodes 18 manufacturers’ part numbers across 800,000+ crossable parts, and read the Walsin candidates with each field marked match or mismatch.
- BOM check. Upload the controller board’s bill of materials to /bom/, up to 500 part numbers or an Excel or CSV file.
- Ready stock. The ready-stock list is a Hong Kong snapshot dated 23 September 2026, not live.
- Service. Hong Kong-based, small lots, help with cross-referencing by hand when the tool returns no clean candidate, and a quote requested through the site.
Worked example from our own export: a Yageo 10 nanofarad, 10%, X7R, 50 V, 0603 line maps to 0603B103K500, which is on our shelf and matches on all six fields we can compare. Confirm against both datasheets and qualify in your own circuit.
The short version
For a Senegalese buyer, a Yageo CC0603KRX7R9BB103 line finds 12 Walsin 0603 rows at 10 nanofarad, X7R, 10% and 50 V or more in 6 series, and the exact-voltage general purpose part is on the Hong Kong shelf.
Send us one bypass capacitor from a Senegalese controller or inverter bill of materials and we will return the Walsin candidates with every difference stated and the stock position named. If six series offer the same electrical rating, which one does your design actually need?

Frequently asked questions
What did Ecofin report on Senegal’s solar and storage projects?
On 9 February 2026 it reported a 16 MW solar plant with storage commissioned in 2025, the 60 MW NEO Kolda plant under construction, and a plan to convert the 335 MW Bel Air plant to gas. It names no component. Confirm figures with the project owners.
What is a Yageo CC0603KRX7R9BB103?
Yageo’s specification page, resolved on 2 November 2026, shows a 10 nanofarad, plus or minus 10 percent, X7R, 50 VDC capacitor in 0603 with 0.8 mm thickness. It is not a Walsin number. Confirm against Yageo’s own datasheet.
How many Walsin rows match 10 nanofarad, X7R, 10 percent, 50 V and 0603?
We counted 12 rated 50 V or more in the 23,601-part MLCC export, in 6 series. Five of them are at exactly 50 V, and the exact general purpose match, 0603B103K500, also matches the thickness band.
Is any candidate on the Hong Kong shelf?
Yes, two. As at 23 September 2026 0603B103K500 and 0603B103K101 are on our stock list. The first is the exact-voltage match; the second is rated 100 V. The other 10 candidates are quoted through the site. The list is a dated snapshot.
Which series should I choose at 10 nanofarad and 50 V?
That is an engineering decision. The six series share the electrical rating but differ in termination, qualification claim and thickness band. We show the differences; qualification stays with you. Ask for the datasheet of the exact part number.
Can Venatech advise on Senegalese import rules?
No. None of the 28 Walsin datasheets we hold, 451 pages, mentions Senegal, and we give no legal, customs or conformity advice. We hold no office, entity or stock in Senegal. Qualification stays with you.
