Construction and Industrial Electronics for Kyrgyzstan from Hong Kong: Kyrgyz GDP Grew 11.1 Percent in January to July 2026, and a Yageo RC1206FR-071KL Line Finds 16 Walsin 1206 Rows at the Same 1/4 W, 1 of Them on Our Shelf

A Yageo RC1206FR-071KL line in Kyrgyzstan, a 1 kilohm, plus or minus 1 percent, 100 ppm chip resistor in 1206 rated 0.25 W, has 16 Walsin rows at 1/4 W with a temperature coefficient of 100 ppm or better, and one of them, WR12X1001FTL, is on our Hong Kong shelf as at 23 September 2026.

Venatech Limited, an authorised Walsin distributor in Hong Kong, holds the Walsin Technology (Walsin) chip resistor export export: every 1206 row with 1 kilohm and plus or minus 1 percent tolerance, 25 in all. This post is for a buyer or design engineer at a Kyrgyz industrial-controls, building-systems or repair business whose bill of materials names a Yageo part and who wants a Walsin candidate with every difference stated. We read Yageo’s own specification page for the number on 2 November 2026 and compared it with the Walsin export field by field. Every Walsin part number below is real and every count is ours.

What did Kyrgyzstan’s statistics committee report, and what does it not say?

Kyrgyzstan’s GDP grew 11.1 percent in January to July 2026, with industry up 11.2 percent and construction up 60.6 percent, according to the National Statistical Committee release of 14 August 2026 as reported by The Star on 15 August 2026. The report is about national output, not about resistors, electronics or any named company, and we draw no conclusion about demand for any component. We have no relationship with the committee.

What does Yageo’s RC1206FR-071KL actually specify?

Yageo’s specification page for RC1206FR-071KL lists 1 kilohm, plus or minus 1 percent, 100 ppm per degree C, 0.25 W at 70 degrees C, 200 V maximum working voltage, EIA 1206 (3.1 by 1.6 mm), thickness 0.55 mm plus or minus 0.1. The page gives the packaging as tape and reel on a 178 mm reel without a piece count, so we make no reel comparison for this line. The number reads as RC for the chip-resistor family, 1206 for the case, F for plus or minus 1 percent, R for 100 ppm, and 1KL as the value. We hold no Yageo catalogue beyond that page and make no statement about any Yageo part’s status. Source: Yageo specification page for RC1206FR-071KL, fetched 2 November 2026.

Which Walsin rows match it on power, and how many are on the shelf?

Sixteen of the 25 Walsin rows are rated 1/4 W, 13 with a temperature coefficient of 100 ppm or better and 3 with 50 ppm or better; one, WR12X1001FTL, is on the Hong Kong list dated 23 September 2026. The 25 rows split by rated power as 16 at 1/4 W, 6 at 1/2 W and 3 at 3/4 W. MR and SR carry automotive labels in the export, a different grade class from a commercial RC part, which we have not compared. Maximum working voltage is printed on the Yageo page (200 V) but is not a column in our export, so we state no Walsin voltage here; read it on the General Purpose approval sheet (ASC_WR_V24, September 2016) before you swap.

What does each row change against the 0.25 W line?

Series and rated power are the fields that move. Of the 7 Walsin rows shown, five match all compared fields and two are higher in rated power.

Walsin part Series Size, value, tolerance, power Match / mismatch against the Yageo line On the 23 September 2026 list Your incumbent

MR12X1001FTL General Purpose (automotive label) 1206, 1000 ohm, plus or minus 1%, 1/4W Match on size, value, tolerance, TCR, power No
SR12X1001FTL General Purpose (automotive label, anti-sulfuration) 1206, 1000 ohm, plus or minus 1%, 1/4W Match on size, value, tolerance, TCR, power No

WK12V1001FTL High Voltage 1206, 1000 ohm, plus or minus 1%, 1/4W Match on size, value, tolerance, TCR, power No
WF12P1001FTL High Power 1206, 1000 ohm, plus or minus 1%, 1/2W Match on size, value, tolerance, TCR; mismatch on rated power higher (1/2W against 0.25 W) No
WF12A1001FTL High Power 1206, 1000 ohm, plus or minus 1%, 3/4W Match on size, value, tolerance, TCR; mismatch on rated power higher (3/4W against 0.25 W) No

A High Precision, High Voltage or High Power row matches the electrical fields but is a different series with its own approval sheet, so it is a candidate for review, not a substitution. Higher power is not automatically a better swap. The shelf is a dated snapshot, never live stock, and quantities are never guaranteed.

What will we not tell you about Kyrgyzstan?

Anything about Kyrgyzstan customs, duties, certification or procurement rules. We hold no office, entity or stock in Kyrgyzstan; our locations are Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Singapore and Jiangmen, with Chengdu in preparation. We state no duty rate, transit time or carrier, and we give no legal or customs advice; confirm with your compliance team.

Why buyers in Kyrgyzstan choose Venatech

Kyrgyz buyers get a candidate and its differences in one reply. Venatech is an authorised Walsin distributor in Hong Kong; confirm that with Walsin. VenaMatch decodes 18 manufacturers’ part numbers across 800,000+ crossable parts, and for this line it found sixteen Walsin rows at the same 1/4 W and nine at higher power, each with the changed field named. Small lots are welcome, the service is Hong Kong-based, and the ready-stock list is dated 23 September 2026. WR12X1001FTL, the general purpose row, is on that list; the other 24 are not, and we say so plainly rather than imply stock. We also tell you what we do not hold: 84.2 percent of the 359,135 Walsin part numbers in our exports have no datasheet on file, and we say so instead of guessing. Ask for any of the 28 datasheets we hold (451 pages) and it comes by email.

How Venatech helps

Paste the incumbent number into the free cross-reference tool, which decodes 18 manufacturers’ part numbers across 800,000+ crossable parts and lists Walsin candidates with match and mismatch fields, or upload the list to the BOM checker, up to 500 part numbers. The Hong Kong ready-stock list is a dated snapshot, 23 September 2026, never live-synced. Walsin is the only line we are authorised for; Stackpole and Viking are lines we supply. We work from Hong Kong, in small lots, and you can request a quote through the site. We offer lot and date-code traceability and a certificate of conformity per shipment on request. We hold neither ISO 9001 nor IATF 16949. Worked example from our exports: paste RC1206FR-071KL and VenaMatch returns WR12X1001FTL first, with the other 1/4 W series and the 1/2 W and 3/4 W rows listed beneath it. The chip resistor range lists the families, our post on chip resistor power rating by case size and WR and MR series compared field by field cover the neighbouring fields. Qualification stays with you.

The short version

One Yageo line, sixteen Walsin rows at the same 1/4 W. WR12X1001FTL is the general purpose candidate and is on the 23 September 2026 list; the other series change grade, precision, voltage or power.

Send us one 1206 resistor line from your bill of materials and we will return the Walsin rows with every difference stated. Does your circuit need the 0.25 W rating, or does it dissipate well under that?
