Bahrain Data Centre Electronics from Hong Kong: A Yageo CC0805KKX7R9BB105 1 Microfarad Line Finds 4 Walsin 0805 X7R Rows at 50 V and 10%, and the 3 Walsin 1 Microfarad Rows on Our Shelf Are Rated 10 V or 25 V

Bahrain data centre electronics from Hong Kong start with an honest MLCC cross. We resolved a Yageo CC0805KKX7R9BB105, a 1 microfarad, 10%, 50 V X7R 0805 capacitor, and found 4 Walsin Technology (Walsin) rows that match it on value, dielectric, tolerance and voltage. None is on our shelf, and the 3 one-microfarad 0805 rows that are carry lower voltage ratings.

Venatech Limited, an authorised Walsin distributor in Hong Kong, holds the Walsin MLCC export of 23,601 distinct part numbers, 28 Walsin datasheets (451 pages) and a stock list dated 23 September 2026. This post is for a design or procurement engineer at a Bahraini integrator, telecom or data-centre equipment supplier who has a Yageo 1 microfarad 0805 capacitor on a bill of materials and wants Walsin candidates in small lots from Hong Kong. Every Walsin part number is real, every count is ours, and the news statement names its source and the day we fetched it, 2 November 2026.

What did the Bahrain data-centre reporting say, and what does it mean for a component buyer?

AGBI reported, in an article whose address places it in October 2025, that tens of megawatts of data-centre power are expected to come online within eight months, that about 66 MW of IT capacity is forecast for 2024 to 2029, and that Bahrain aims to lift renewables from 0.4% of its electricity mix to 20% by 2035.

The page, which we fetched on 2 November 2026, shows no publication date of its own, so we date it only by its address. It also describes a 250 million dollar Batelco and Qareeb colocation project in Manama and a data-centre park by STC Bahrain. It names no capacitor, supplier or bill of materials, so we draw no link between its numbers and any MLCC. Our view, labelled as ours: a server hall is a very large count of decoupling capacitors, and a buyer who can name a second source for a common 1 microfarad part has less to fear from a single-source line. We have no relationship with any Bahraini operator.

What does a Yageo CC0805KKX7R9BB105 say, field by field?

Yageo’s own specification page for CC0805KKX7R9BB105, resolved on 2 November 2026, shows a 1 microfarad, plus or minus 10% capacitor in X7R, rated 50 VDC, in 0805 (2012 metric), with a thickness of 1.25 mm, plus or minus 0.2 mm.

Field Yageo CC0805KKX7R9BB105 (page value) Walsin 0805B105K500 (export) Match / mismatch
Case 0805 (2012 metric) 0805 Match
Capacitance 1 microfarad 1000nF Match, the export writes it in nanofarad
Tolerance plus or minus 10% +-10% Match
Dielectric X7R X7R Match
Voltage 50 VDC 50Vdc Match
Thickness 1.25 mm, plus or minus 0.2 mm 1.25±0.20 Match
Termination not stated on the page we read no value in the export Open: confirm on the datasheet

The string CC0805KKX7R9BB105 is not in the Walsin export and is not a Walsin number. The Walsin sheet for the general purpose series is WTC_MLCC_General_Purpose.pdf, which we hold.

Which Walsin rows answer a 1 microfarad, X7R, 10%, 50 V, 0805 line?

We parsed the 4,780 Walsin 0805 MLCC rows and found 50 at 1 microfarad, 36 of them X7R, 15 of those at plus or minus 10%, and only 4 of those 15 rated 50 V or more: 0805B105K500, SH21B105K500, ST21B105K500 and MT21B105K500. We have not seen this counted anywhere.

Walsin part Series as exported Thickness, voltage On shelf 23 Sep 2026 Match / mismatch against the Yageo line
0805B105K500 General purpose 1.25±0.20 mm, 50 V No Match on all six fields above
SH21B105K500 Soft termination SH (Ag-poly) 1.25±0.30 mm, 50 V No Match on the electrical fields; mismatch: thickness tolerance 0.30 against 0.2; a soft-terminated part
ST21B105K500 Automotive soft termination ST 1.25±0.30 mm, 50 V No Match on the electrical fields; mismatch: thickness tolerance; AEC-Q200 compliant family
MT21B105K500 Automotive MT 1.25±0.20 mm, 50 V No Match on the electrical fields and thickness; mismatch: an AEC-Q200 compliant family, not asked for
0805B105K250 General purpose 1.25±0.20 mm, 25 V Yes Mismatch: voltage 25 V against 50 V
0805B105K100 General purpose 1.25±0.10 mm, 10 V Yes Mismatch: voltage 10 V against 50 V

The part marked AEC-Q200 is described in Walsin’s sheets as compliant, not certified; ask for the qualification report for the exact number. Our post on how to cross-reference an MLCC gives the method, and our MLCC range lists the series.

Can a 25 V part on the shelf stand in for a 50 V line?

Only if the circuit allows it, and that is your decision, not ours: the two Walsin 1 microfarad X7R rows on our shelf are rated 10 V and 25 V, and a ceramic loses capacitance as DC bias rises, so a 25 V part on a 12 V rail keeps more of its value than a 10 V part would.

We will not tell you a part is interchangeable. We will show you where it differs, and here the difference is a voltage rating halved. Walsin’s own application guide covers voltage derating, and our post on MLCC DC bias and voltage derating explains the effect. The third shelf row at this value, 0805X105K250, is X5R rather than X7R, so it differs on dielectric as well. We hold no measured bias curve for any of these parts.

What does the Hong Kong shelf hold for this line?

As at 23 September 2026 our list holds 1,125 distinct part numbers, 764 of which are MLCC part numbers in the export and 149 of those in 0805, and none of the 4 candidate part numbers is among them.

The ready stock list is a dated snapshot, never live-synced, and we quote part-number counts, never piece counts. Our post on Walsin passive components in Hong Kong stock explains how to read it. A line off the shelf is a factory order, requested through the site, and a 50 V 1 microfarad line is the case where asking early matters.

What will we not tell you about Bahraini data centres?

We searched the text of all 28 Walsin datasheets we hold, 451 pages, for Bahrain, Gulf, data centre and server, and found 0 matches for any of them. We therefore say nothing about server-board reliability or Gulf site conditions, and we give no legal, customs or conformity advice; confirm with your compliance team.

We hold no office, entity or stock in Bahrain; our locations are Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Singapore and Jiangmen, with Chengdu in preparation. We hold no measured capacitance-versus-bias curve for the candidates, and the export carries no termination or lifecycle field. Qualification stays with you.

Why do buyers in Bahrain choose Venatech?

Because the cross is honest, small-lot friendly and made in Hong Kong. Venatech Limited is an authorised Walsin distributor, and Walsin is the one line we call authorised; Stackpole and Viking are lines we supply.

  • A tool that shows the mismatches. Paste the Yageo number into VenaMatch, which decodes 18 manufacturers’ part numbers across 800,000+ crossable parts. Here you see 4 candidates and 2 near-misses, each with its differences stated.
  • Range you can count. Walsin’s MLCC export lists 23,601 distinct part numbers, 4,780 of them in 0805, and 50 of those at 1 microfarad. A Bahraini buyer sees the whole ladder of voltage, dielectric and series at one capacitance and chooses with the facts in front of them.
  • A Hong Kong shelf and small lots. A dated ready-stock list, snapshot 23 September 2026, not live, and small lots welcome for prototypes and pilot runs.
  • Honest about gaps. We tell you which shelf rows differ in voltage and dielectric, and that we hold no bias curve. That honesty is part of the service.

How can Venatech help a Bahraini buyer cross a Yageo part?

By showing the differences instead of hiding them, in small lots. Venatech Limited is an authorised Walsin distributor in Hong Kong.

  • Cross-reference. Paste your Yageo number into the free cross-reference tool, which decodes 18 manufacturers’ part numbers across 800,000+ crossable parts, and read the Walsin candidates with each field marked match or mismatch.
  • BOM check. Upload the board’s bill of materials to /bom/, up to 500 part numbers or an Excel or CSV file.
  • Ready stock. The ready-stock list is a Hong Kong snapshot dated 23 September 2026, not live.
  • Service. Hong Kong-based, small lots, help with cross-referencing by hand when the tool returns no clean candidate, and a quote requested through the site.

Worked example from our own export: a Yageo 1 microfarad, 10%, X7R, 50 V, 0805 line maps to 0805B105K500 on every field we can compare, and to the 25 V shelf part 0805B105K250 only if your circuit accepts half the voltage rating. Confirm against both datasheets and qualify in your own circuit.

The short version

For a Bahraini buyer, a Yageo CC0805KKX7R9BB105 line finds 4 Walsin 0805 rows at 1 microfarad, X7R, 10% and 50 V, one of them matching on thickness tolerance too, and none on the Hong Kong shelf; the shelf rows at this value are rated 10 V and 25 V.

Send us one capacitor from a Bahraini bill of materials and we will return the Walsin candidates with every difference stated and the stock position named. If your board runs a 12 V rail, is a 25 V part with its bias loss good enough, or do you need the 50 V line?

Frequently asked questions

What did AGBI report about Bahrain’s data-centre growth?

An article whose address dates it to October 2025 reported about 66 MW of IT capacity forecast for 2024 to 2029 and a renewables target of 20 percent by 2035, up from 0.4 percent. It names no component. Confirm figures with the operators or the Economic Development Board.

What is a Yageo CC0805KKX7R9BB105?

Yageo’s specification page, resolved on 2 November 2026, shows a 1 microfarad, plus or minus 10 percent, X7R, 50 VDC capacitor in 0805 with 1.25 mm thickness. It is not a Walsin number. Confirm against Yageo’s own datasheet.

How many Walsin rows match 1 microfarad, X7R, 10 percent, 50 V and 0805?

We counted 4 in the 23,601-part MLCC export: one general purpose, one soft termination, and two automotive-family rows. Only 0805B105K500 also matches the thickness tolerance without belonging to an automotive or soft-termination family.

Is any candidate on the Hong Kong shelf?

No. As at 23 September 2026 none of the 4 candidates is on our stock list. Two 1 microfarad X7R rows are, at 10 V and 25 V, so they differ on voltage. The list is a dated snapshot, never live-synced.

Can a 25 V capacitor replace a 50 V one?

That depends on your operating voltage, derating policy and DC bias loss, which we cannot judge. We show the difference and leave the decision to you. Confirm against the datasheet and measure in your own circuit.

Can Venatech advise on Bahraini import rules or server reliability?

No. None of the 28 Walsin datasheets we hold, 451 pages, mentions Bahrain, and we give no legal, customs or conformity advice. We hold no office, entity or stock in Bahrain. Qualification stays with you.
