This post is for a buyer or design engineer at a Rwandan device-assembly or electronics business whose bill of materials carries 0201 resistor arrays and who wants Walsin candidates with every difference stated. Every Walsin part number below is real and every count is ours. Where it states a development, it names the source and the day we fetched it (2 November 2026).
What did Rwanda’s statistics office report that touches an assembler?
An uptick in industrial output. The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda homepage, fetched on 2 November 2026, lists January 2026 industrial production up 7.5 percent year on year, a producer price index up 4.8 percent and consumer prices up 8.9 percent, with fourth-quarter 2025 unemployment at 11.7 percent. Its latest-release list as we read it covers January 2026 data, not a later month.
The page does not break output down by product, so it says nothing about resistor arrays or any Rwandan company, and we draw no conclusion about either. We have no relationship with the institute.

How are Walsin’s flat 0201 arrays arranged?
As a mirrored pair. We read both families from the export file Thick_Film_Chip_Resistor_Array__1of1.xlsx. Walsin’s export holds 388 rows in two series, 0201 by 2 Flat Type (part numbers WA02G...) and 0201 by 4 Flat Type (WA02F...), with 194 rows each, and every one of the 194 rows in the 2-resistor series has a row in the 4-resistor series with the same resistance, tolerance, TCR and rated power. The stems differ only in the fifth character, G against F.
We opened the file and counted every row; the grid is 121 resistance values from 10 ohm to 1 megohm. Plus or minus 5 percent covers 121 rows (110 at 200 ppm from 30 ohm up, and 11 at 350 ppm from 10 to 27 ohm), and plus or minus 1 percent covers 73 rows from 100 ohm to 100 kilohm at 200 ppm. The rated power is 1/32 W throughout. All 121 plus or minus 5 percent part numbers contain a space, for example WA02F103 JTL, in each family.

Which worked part numbers show the pair and a larger fallback?
One value at each tolerance is enough. For 10 kilohm at 0201 the 4-resistor part is WA02F1002FTL at plus or minus 1 percent and WA02F103 JTL at plus or minus 5 percent, and the 2-resistor parts are WA02G1002FTL and WA02G103 JTL; all four are 1/32 W and 200 ppm. The nearest larger fallback is the 0402 four-resistor convex array WA04X1002FTL, at 1/16 W and 200 ppm. The last column is for your incumbent part.

The practical point: a bill of materials that lists only “0201 resistor array” cannot be filled safely, because the 2-resistor and 4-resistor parts have the same electrical row and a different package.
